An unified messaging system for Android, here we can share pics, Conf video calls, Conf messaging, 100s of smileys, but think once before upgrading bcoz you could not revert back to Gtalk. Hangouts won't support online contacts instead you could send message at any time without any restrictions like offline, busy away etc., Soon SMS integration is coming on. Its a latest upgrade released by Google two days back, I hope this will increase the Google+ traffic and a big blow for Facebook and WhatsApp... :) I'm feeling little uncomfortable with Hangouts bcoz unable to see my online friends :(

Google Search an Internet giant updated a massive algorithmic change hits millions of website traffic. Google claimed its a minor update but many websites claimed huge drop in traffic. Google mistakenly penalized lot of websites including one website with traffic of 6000 visitors per day turn down to 120 visitors its very huge traffic loss. However google claimed the effect should be within 3% search queries but millions of sites were counter attacked by this algorithmic change.

I searched for the keyword "web hosting" it showing some empty website in second page.
Example 2 :
Search for "fashion baby" it showing empty website at first.

Lot of good and genuine websites were lost the huge traffic. Google should look into this issue and make the web flawless.

Two big tremors felt while I was in Ascendas.
First tremor felt at 2.30 PM employees ran away with fear. Emergency alarm started alarming so all ran out with some fear. All stood out side of ascendas building for more than one and half hour. Later Ascendas employees alerted us to go back to office.
Lot of employees left office with fear, some employees returned back to there work. Finally at 4.50 PM second tremor shakes the building. Shocked employees again started running downwards. Roads jammed out, many employees fell down while rushing out to home.
First tremor was severe, chairs were shaken with some waves. Second is some what mild but continued for some few seconds.
During tremor we felt headache and vomiting sense very bad experience ever.
